These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which Pro Secure Doors 101 ("we", "us", "our") provides its website, quotations, products and services. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Using Our Website
The content on this website is provided for general information about our products and services. While we take care to keep it accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free, and it does not form part of any contract until an order is confirmed in writing.
Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are provided in good faith and are subject to a site survey and written confirmation. Prices may vary based on final specification, sizes, finishes, glazing, hardware and site conditions. Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for 30 days from its date.
Orders & Payment
- An order is confirmed once we have received your deposit;
- The balance is due as set out in your order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing;
- As our doors are made to your specification, deposits cover materials and manufacturing and may be non-refundable once production has begun.
Surveys, Supply & Installation
Where installation is included, a final survey confirms sizes and site requirements before manufacture. You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the working area. Any works not included in your order (such as making good, electrical or structural works) are your responsibility unless agreed in writing.
Lead Times & Delivery
Lead times and delivery or installation dates are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. We will keep you informed of any changes and are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
Guarantee
Our composite doors are supplied with a 10 year guarantee covering manufacturing defects, subject to correct installation, normal use and reasonable maintenance. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, unauthorised alteration or normal wear and tear. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Your Right to Cancel
Because our doors are made or configured to your specification, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right for distance and off-premises sales under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss that is not a foreseeable consequence of our breach, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other matter which cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to Pro Secure Doors 101 and may not be reproduced without our permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
